We see so many poor and struggling female characters who are somehow always happy and cheerful and then we have Lee Ji An who is just tired and cynical and is actually portrayed poor in the way she lives. It makes no sense when poor female characters in other dramas have the latest smartphone model or are wearing expensive clothes.”
